California Linen Service is proud to feature long-time customer Mendocino Farms in our first California Linen Customer Spotlight. Mendocino Farms is a sandwich eatery with 17 locations in Southern California and 5 more coming soon. They like to say, “We don’t just sell sandwiches, we sell happy!” They keep their menu fresh and exciting by working with local food artisans and local farmers who inspire the creation of their chef-driven seasonal menu items and chef picked menu items throughout the year.
Mendocino Farms opened their first location at 300 Grand in Downtown Los Angeles, and California Linen Services has been providing them with linen service since they served their first sandwich in 2005. We now service 12 of their 17 locations including 6 in Los Angeles, plus Brea, El Segundo, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks and Thousand Oaks with bar towels, aprons, wet mops, air fresheners and mats.
Mendocino Farms’ signature dish is their Peruvian Steak Sandwich. They craft delicious sandwiches and salads, and are continuously adding new and exciting menu items including deli sides, soups, and seasonal offerings. They are known for a great company culture that includes happy team members and a business that supports local farmers and vendors. They have a passion for doing the ordinary at the extraordinary level for our guests and creating a gathering spot for the communities they are proud to serve.
So what does a company that prides itself on doing right by the local community and its customers think of California Linen Services? They told us: “California linen is very reliable, has a great product, and their team is very professional. California Linen has always helped us with what we need. Accurate with a quick response rate, so we don’t have to worry and have the time to run our own business.”
